This case is presented by Dr.Eman O.Bakarman B.D.S , SBARD , MFDS-RCSEd She is a consultant of Advanced Restorative Dentistry at King Fahd General Hospital, Jeddah. THE CASE ; A 37 female patient , she presented with defective 3 units PFM fixed partial denture and the abutment tooth #11 was root canal treated with large periapical lesion and there was coronal leakage . DIAGNOSIS; • Chronic apical periodontitis.• Failed RCT due to coronal leakage.
