I broke headstrome file in the premolar ?

I was retreating tooth no 21
during the removal of GP , the H-file separate
I spent 30 mint. trying to retrieve it but I couldnt
any way I decide to bypass it & obturate it

1-do you think that I should gave more time to retrieve the broken instrument?
2- do you think that there is a second canal I missed it ? ( go and double check my first X-ray) :rolleyes:

Hi Dr.Alnasser,
1)It is not how much time you spent,or you might need to spend more.It is what
tools and equipment you need to use to retrieve the separated instrument.
2)Yes,I think there is another canal in witch you had the instrument separated,
and you bypassed through the other one,but,they might join apically with one
apical foramin.

but if not , I will be in deep trouble
any way the issue here is to have a standard R.C.T which means i have to go again & redo my work
