i used a combination of manual and k3 rotary file system with this case.

Thank you Dr.Iman for sharing the case with us. However I have two points that I would like to address.
First: there is a sign of external root resorption at the distal end of the root in your pre-operative radiogrpah. This by itself might affect the long term prognosis...

Second: in your post 2-years recall...there still signs of apical rarefaction...how would you address that particularly the angulation is different in your post op compared to the pre op.....

Would you considere surgical intervetion at a later time?
