Broken File Removal

Hi,

I would like to ask about the following:
1) Is there any guide on how to remove broken file,instruments?
Middle Vs Apical third location

2) I work with a magnification loupes (3.5) and i really do believe that especially those cases if you cant see it , you cant handle it , Can we say in such cases that the standard of care would be using a Microscope for such cases ?

3) Has anyone used the IRS (Instrument removal system) developed by Tulsa & SDSWISS

it is better to use magnification not only for separated instrument
it should be astandard procedure for your 3rd dimension field in any canal system .
3.5X is not enough

what about your tactile sensation ? it would be helpfull
