problem rises when there is pain and we have to act Hopefully the pain can be controlled without jumping to conclusions and destroying or covering up any evidence that may lead to a correct diagnosis. I think pain could be considered meaningless data which could lead to misdiagnosis. I think pain is a symptom that should lead to further investigation and not the final diagnosis.
