Can I ask u for a small thing???would u pls make the panoramic radiographs somewhat larger,if possible???

Dr. Nehal...She will send it to you...but for your info...this case was shown to me to do endo surg......I called for a multi-disceplanary team to treat it as the radiographic look of it was not typical of periapical infection. Also, there is always a fear from mid line fracture and we are not equiped as endodontist to manage maxillofacial complications..and here it is ...or guess was right....good lession....ha?
