When the radiographic presentation is unremarkable and clinical signs and symptoms provide no additional diagnostic support, a watch and wait approach by clinician is the most suitable and most acceptable treatment of the patient.

It sounds logical....but how about the patient? if he/she is suffering from pain, it will sound anreasonable to leave the patient without intervention. While this intervention does not have to be operative interception, but it should be pharmacological
