Hi , MRD
Unfortunately all the questions and answers on this forum should be submitted by our moderators only the same thing on the tips forum, what our members can do in these sections is discussing the questions and tips our moderators posts.
Regarding your Questionnaire you can post it on the General Endodotic Topics section so we all can participate on that.
Best Regards

I just wanted to creat more interaction between the members by sharing in this questionnaire. may be it needs to be done in a better way, so that everyone can add or put his answer in an easier way, which i didn't know how to make. please if anyone can make it go on and do.
thanks again

No problem MRD N. Would you please tel us the purpose of your questioner so we can open a topic for you.

Or if you would be intersted, polomerize these questions into a topic that we can all discuss....how about if you send this idea on Khaled_balto@saudia.com

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.
