Flare up

hello

there is a question in my mind from a while ...

IS there a difference between post-operative flare up of first endodontic treatment and a re-treatment ???

if there is ,, what causes these flare ups ??
is it cerine microrganisms ??


P.S: Dr.Khaled Balto this question you placed it in our last sheet of microbilogy of endodontics and i wanted to know the answer

Flare up is exacerbation after endodontic procedure wether retreatment or treatment
both I think are the same
the causes of flare up either microbilogically , physically or chemically
